Japanese Karate-Do

How many of you truly want to improve your karate? Well, if you do, do what I and several others
have done the past couple of years: become a helper with the children's classes. 

You would be amazed at how much you can learn and apply to your own training by helping 
our kids with their training. It really forces you to focus on understanding all aspects of the 3 K's. 

Plus, it's extremely rewarding seeing these youngsters grow up and apply what Sensei and 
you have helped them learn.

You only need to help out once or twice per week, depending on your schedule. The children's 
classes are 5:45 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
