In a day where mixed martial arts, Sensei Sonny Kimphysical fitness and core development has taken center stage in the area of physical wellness; the physical, mental and emotional discipline and training of Traditional Shotokan Karate provides a well balanced lifestyle that extends outside of the dojo (school).

We take pride in providing a family friendly atmosphere, offering classes for adults, teens and children. We welcome anyone who wants to learn Karate, from beginners to those who simply wish to improve and develop their current skills to a much higher level.

The chief instructor, Sensei Sonny Kim, holds the rank of 6th Dan and has trained in Shotokan Karate since 1977. He enthusiasticly passes on the art of Traditional Shotokan Karate-do to anyone who is willing to dedicate themselves to train and study.
